Learning to share

The Grandparents sent Linden a package for Easter.

In it came a stuffed animal that she enjoyed...

Otto took a liking to the animal as well...

Recently Linden has been laughing a lot. Today we caught a little bit on camera.

Daddy Daycare... Part 2.

Logan came over again to give Kacy and Jess a chance to go work out downtown yesterday... and again Brian agreed to watch them both. He either has a short memory or is a glutton for punishment. Fortunately, this session didn't end as dramatically as the last.

Linden started the time off by doing a ridiculous dance... while Logan watched in amazement.

Then their eyes locked...

It's safe to say that there will be a restraining order filed shortly...

She fell asleep and somehow her hands made their way up to her head...

This is her favorite outfit to wear after a bath... it keeps her snuggly and makes her sleepy.

Sort of sitting up on her own... w/ the help of the armrest of course.

4 months!! (with another statistical update)

Linden turned 4 months old yesterday and had her 4 month check up today. Along w/ the check up came 3 more shots. The shots were not as traumatic as the last, but broke our hearts nonetheless.

For those interested in stats here are the latest tallies:

Weight - 15 lbs 10 oz (approx. 90th percentile)
Height - 26.5 inches (above 95th percentile... surprise, surprise)
Head Circumference - 16.75 inches (approx. 90th percentile)

I'm not really sure what to make of these "percentiles". I think they are simply created to either boost a parents ego, or give them a complex... You can see the chart created by the CDC here: CDC Chart.

The data used to create this growth chart is "girl" specific and was compiled over a 45 year period... you be the judge.

Regardless, we have a healthy girl on our hands... and we're thankful for that.

And again, other important stats:

Incessant drooling - (100th percentile)
Pooping through outfits on a daily basis - (100th percentile)

Now those are stats to hang your hat on!

Linden had her first golf experience! Sunday was such a beautiful evening, we decided to take her with us to the driving range.
